LE ALI DI THiNK
In occasione di THiNK abbiamo deciso di creare una connessione con Artivive e realizzare un “selfie wall” per l’evento.
L’immagine stampata sul selfie wall delle dimensioni di 2 metri per 2 è stata creata con una serie di generazioni di immagini utilizzando l’Intelligenza Artificiale Generativa.
A questa è stata aggiunta la Realtà Aumentata.
L’animazione funziona quando la persona si posiziona davanti al selfie wall; inquadrando l’immagine con l’applicazione di Artivive, le ali con i colori del THiNK 2024 si affiancano alla persona e prendono vita iniziando a muoversi. È quindi possibile registrare un video da condividere sui social tramite l’app di Artivive, con lo sfondo del selfie wall che ritrae un mondo interstellare infinito e la persona che vola all’interno della tecnologia. Tutto questo grazie all’Intelligenza Artificiale e alla Realtà Aumentata (e alla creatività!).
In questo caso il software utilizzato è Midjourney (versione 6 Alpha).
La generazione di immagini con i software AI avviene molto semplicemente ma è solo la continua elaborazione dell’immagine attraverso il software e la successiva lavorazione con strumenti digitali (come Photoshop, After Effects…) che porta l’artista a raggiungere il risultato finale.
Il progetto è stato affidato all’artista italiana Cecilia Lascialfari, che vive a Firenze, ma viaggia in tutto il mondo sempre alla ricerca di nuove idee e connessioni.
Cecilia Lascialfari, speaker e ricercatrice nel campo AI, nel mese di Aprile 2024 ha esposto un suo lavoro in un evento collaterale della Biennale di Venezia 2024 (realizzato con un mix di arte analogica, digitale e Intelligenza Artificiale), il 9 maggio è ospite di Digital Safari, presso Nana Bianca, e sarà presente in persona al Festival della cultura Digitale THiNK 2024, sabato 11 Maggio per rispondere a tutte le domande sul selfie wall del THiNK 2024, e su come è possibile far convergere AI, Arte e Creatività, attraverso arte analogica e digitale.
On the occasion of the Festival della Cultura Digitale “THiNK 2024”, which this year will be held on 10-11-12 May in the center of Figline, the Municipality of Figline e Incisa Valdarno decided to create a connection with Artivive and create a “selfie wall” for the event.
The image printed on the 2 by 2 meter selfie wall was created with a series of image generations using Generative Artificial Intelligence.
Augmented Reality has been added to this.
The animation works when the person stands in front of the selfie wall; By framing the image with the Artivive application, the wings with the colors of THiNK 2024 come alongside the person and come to life and begin to move. It is then possible to record a video to share on social media via the Artivive app, with the selfie wall background portraying an infinite interstellar world and the person flying inside the technology. All this thanks to Artificial Intelligence and Augmented Reality (and creativity!).
